Using Our Service
To use our service you must be a member. So the first time you use us you must join up!
You will need to visit us to do this.
It’s very simple and just takes 4 easy steps.
Initial registration and training usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.
1. Fill in and sign a membership form
We will ask you to complete a membership form and sign up to our terms and conditions. Your details will be held on our computer system, but we won’t share them with anyone else.

2. Provide us with two forms of identification
This could be, but is not limited to:
- Driving Licence
- Passport
- A Utility Bill
- A Bank Statement
- A letter from a company / service
One of these should have your photograph on.
3. Complete a short training session
We will give you an informal training session on using the equipment, for health and safety reasons.
4. PAY THE AMOUNT DUE
Please bring cash. Sorry, we aren’t able to accept payment by card.
A membership fee of £20, renewable annually, allows you to use our equipment during our opening hours with no further charge. We do have a donations box and are grateful for any donation to help keep our service running!
If you only want the equipment for a day, one-day membership costs £5.

Please Note—we are unable to take payment by card, so you will need to bring cash or a cheque backed by a bank card.
