Long Term Hire

Our normal membership covers use of our mobility equipment around Leamington Spa town centre during our opening hours.

Long-term hire is available at additional cost.

We hire out mobility equipment on a long-term basis for an additional charge. The minimum charge is £5.00, which includes temporary membership if you are not already a member of the scheme. Please see our table of charges below. Our range of long-term hire equipment includes manual and powered wheelchairs and portable mobility scooters.

There is no limit to how long you can have the equipment for or where you take it. All we ask is that you return the equipment in the condition it was given to you and on the date agreed. If you want to extend your original period of loan, please contact us before the current loan period has expired and pay for the additional period. If the equipment is returned late the extra hire period will be charged for.

A deposit of £50 is required for long-term manual wheelchair hire, and £200 for long-term scooter hire, for which we will accept a cheque. The deposit is fully refunded if the equipment is returned on time and in good condition. We may make a charge for the repair of the equipment if it is returned in a damaged state.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Sorry—no debit or credit cards!
