On 16th September, Leamington Spa Town Councillors were invited to try some of our mobility scooters. Here they are outside the Town Hall. Much of our funding comes from the Council, so we like to make sure they understand the benefits of Shopmobility! On the right is Councillor David Brunson who was recently appointed to our board of trustees. Next to him is Councillor Bill Gifford, current Mayor of Royal Leamington Spa, who was instrumental in saving the Shopmobility service when the Warwick District Council funding ended some years ago. Many thanks to all the councillors who help to keep the scheme running.
